Heat a grill pan and grill the Black Angus burgers in 12 min. Brown and cooked. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced chestnut mushrooms for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cut the spelled balls open and spread the top and bottom with vegetable spreading pumpkin.

Distribute some oak leaf lettuce melange and chestnut mushrooms over all bottoms.

Place a burger on each bun and spread the ketchup and fried onions over the burgers.
