Tartar with cream sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, deep-frozen pommes duchesse puree turrets and frozen string beans.

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Divide the duchesse over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes in the oven.

After 15 minutes, heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the tarts for 4 minutes on a high heat. Turn halfway.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm on a plate under a lid. Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Fry the mushrooms in the remaining shortening for 3 minutes. Prepare the cream sauce according to the instructions on the packaging and add to the mushrooms.

Put the tartaries in the pan and warm for another 2 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the beans for 4 minutes in a pan of boiling water. Drain and season with salt and salt.

Divide the tartar, duchesse and haricot beans over 4 plates and scoop the mushroom-pepper sauce over the meat.
