Directions

  1. Halve the melon and remove the seeds.
  2. With a melon ball spoon, place as many melon balls out of the halves as possible (make sure that the shell halves remain intact).
  3. Let the melon halves drain out in the opposite direction.
  4. Cut the chicken into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes in approx. 5 min. Until done, shovel regularly.
  5. Meanwhile, roast the almond shavings golden brown in a dry frying pan.
  6. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Scoop the lamb's lettuce and the lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Stir together the mayonnaise and the curry powder in a small bowl. Season with pepper, salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
  8. Spoon the melon balls, chicken and peppers through the lamb's lettuce.
  9. Spoon the salad into the melon halves (put the rest of the salad in the dish on the table). Spoon the curry sauce over it and sprinkle with the almond shavings.
