A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, minced beef, onion (in thin parts), garlic (finely chopped), semi-sundried tomatoes (drained), fresh mint (finely chopped), gigli (sundried tomato (pasta)) and grated goat's cheese .

Directions

  1. Halve the courgettes in the length. Cut the halves into slices of 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with a little salt. Heat the skillet and fry the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste during baking. Add the onion and garlic and fry them. Add the pieces of zucchini, the semi-dried to and the fresh mint and gently simmer the vegetables in about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the gigli according to the instructions on the package. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid into a bowl. Drain the gigli and scoop the pasta through the vegetables. Season the dish with salt and pepper. When the pasta is too dry, add a dash of the trapped cooking liquid.
  3. Spread the pasta over 4 warm deep plates and serve the cheese separately.
