Ingredients
Directions
-
Dab the meat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan at medium height and fry the steaks around in 15 seconds per side. Place them directly on a piece of kitchen paper to cool, do not pierce the meat.
-
Fry the mushrooms with the rosemary briefly and alternately in the shortening. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
-
Cut or cut 8 circles of puff pastry as large circles as possible. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
-
Place 4 circles of dough on the baking sheet. Place a piece of pate on each circle with a steak on top. Divide the mushrooms over them, leaving the edges of the dough free. Grind a little salt and pepper.
-
Brush the edges of the dough lightly with water and cover with the remaining 4 dough circles. Press the edges together well and brush the packets with some egg.
-
Cut out the last 2 pieces of dough and stick them on the egg layer. Spread the leaves with egg and sprinkle the packages with poppy seeds.
-
Put the baking sheet as low as possible in the oven and bake the packets in yellow for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately. Tasty with a fresh salad.
