Try this delicious ossobuco bianco
- 150 gram veal steak
- 75 gram flour
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 25 gram butter
- 1 onion shredded
- 1 winter carrot in pieces
- 3 anchovy fillet
- Tablespoon thyme only the leaves
- 150 milliliters White wine
- 100 milliliters veal stock pot
- 100 milliliters Meat bouillon
- 2 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley minced meat
- Lemon grater and juice
Sprinkle the veal slices with salt and pepper and pass them through the flour.
Heat the olive oil with the butter and fry the meat golden brown on both sides. Remove it from the pan.
Add the onion, carrot, anchovies and thyme to the shortening and bake for about 2 minutes. Extinction with the white wine and add the veal stock.
Place the meat in it and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Mix the garlic and parsley with lemon zest and juice. Sprinkle this mixture over the veal slices and serve with the sauce.
Tasty with rice or saffron risotto and broccoli.
