Use a sharp knife to cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise, scraping out the black marrow with the tip of the knife.

Beat the whipped cream until stiff. Stir the vanilla juice with the sugar through the mascarpone. Carefully sprinkle the cream.

Use a sharp knife to cut the top and bottom of the mandarins and then cut off the skin (up to and including the white membrane).

Cut the flesh between the membranes and collect the juice.

Crumble the cookies. Divide half of the macaroons over the glasses and drip the sambuca and some collected mandarin juice over it.

Divide half of the mascarpone mixture and place some pieces of mandarin on top.

Divide the rest of the crumbled biscuits over it and drizzle the sambuca and some mandarin juice over it. Divide the rest of the mascarpone mixture over it.

Finally sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and garnish with the rest of the mandarin.
