Avocado salad with macadamia nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: avocados, lemon (squeezed), vine tomatoes, olive oil, leaf parsley ((a 15 g), leaves finely chopped), coriander ((a 15 g), leaves chopped) and salted macadamia nuts (bowl 140 g) .

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Scoop the flesh as much as possible in its entirety with a spoon from the skin and cut into parts.

Sprinkle with the lemon juice.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add.

Scoop the oil, parsley and coriander through.

Season with pepper.

Spoon the salad into a bowl or on a bowl and sprinkle with the macadamia nuts.
