Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cook the potatoes in approx. 5 minutes al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

Wrap each baby in a slice of bacon. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and grid in the oven for about 15 minutes until tender and golden brown.
