Meatballs with feta and mint

Knead the mince with a handful of mint, the cumin powder and pepper. Stir in the breadcrumbs and egg through the mixture and crumble the feta.

Roll with small hands small balls of the minced meat mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in about 8 minutes until golden brown and done. Serve the meatballs on a plate with some extra finely chopped mint.
