Directions

  1. Stir a filling of your choice (see tips) through the cream cheese and season with paprika or curry powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread a portion of the cream cheese filling over the cheese slices with a spoon or broad knife. Roll up loosely, so that the filling is not expressed.
  3. Wrap the slices in cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Cut the cheese slices into rolls of 1/2 inch just before serving and place them on a dish.
  5. Sprinkle with some chopped fresh herbs if necessary.
