Bacon-goat cheese pancake with apple salad


Savory pancakes with bacon, apple and goat cheese salad.

Directions

  1. Mix the pancake batter with the milk and egg according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Fry the strips half-crunchy in a dry frying pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Wash the apples, halve, remove the cores and cut into segments. Cut the onion into half rings.
  4. Stir in a dressing of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir the bacon through the pancake batter. Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake 4 pancakes from the batter.
  6. Turn the pancake and sprinkle a quarter of the goat cheese over it. Cover with a pan and let the cheese melt.
  7. Mix the lettuce with the apple, onion and dressing. Divide the pancakes over the plates and scoop the salad.
