Mix the pancake batter with the milk and egg according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the strips half-crunchy in a dry frying pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Wash the apples, halve, remove the cores and cut into segments. Cut the onion into half rings.

Stir in a dressing of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Stir the bacon through the pancake batter. Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake 4 pancakes from the batter.

Turn the pancake and sprinkle a quarter of the goat cheese over it. Cover with a pan and let the cheese melt.

Mix the lettuce with the apple, onion and dressing. Divide the pancakes over the plates and scoop the salad.
