Bacon pancakes with red onion and thyme

Put the flour in a bowl with a pinch of salt and break the eggs above it.

Pour in the milk and beat everything with the hand mixer to a smooth and liquid batter.

Heat a knob of butter in the frying pan and put 3-4 slices of bacon in it.

Divide about half an onion into pieces around the bacon and sprinkle some thyme.

Bake until the bacon is crispy and the onion parts become soft.

Pour a hefty ladle of batter and let it flow over the pan base.

Bake until the bottom is dry and turn the pancake.

Bake the bottom until golden brown.

Serve the pancakes with syrup on them.
