Boil the rice with the turmeric. Sprinkle the bacon patties with salt, pepper and curry powder.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Bring the bacon through the flour and fry in the oil in about 10 minutes until golden brown and done.

Divide the honey and sesame over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the sugarsnaps and green beans in about 4 minutes and add the pea pods for the last 2 minutes.

Drain the vegetables and fry them for 2-3 minutes with the garlic and ginger in the rest of the oil.

Serve the bacon with the yellow rice and vegetables.
