Herring salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potato slices (à 450 g), onion, sweet sour pickles, sour herring (à 355 g), sour apple, grated beetroot (400 g), yogonaise and salt and pepper.

Potato slices in the bottom of water boil for about 2 minutes.

Rinse potatoes under cold water and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, peel and cut.

Cut gherkins into pieces.

Cut herrings into strips.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut them into cubes.

Cut potato slices into pieces.

Combine potato, beetroot, gherkin, apple, onion and yogonaise in a large bowl.

Season with salt, pepper and possibly some herring.
-
Before serving, leave salad in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
