Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. Slice the garlic.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and stir in the garlic and red pepper. Heat the whole 1-2 min. On medium high heat.

The garlic may not color. Drain the spaghetti and mix in the oil with garlic. Spoon the spaghetti into deep plates.
