Fusilli with spinach and sausages


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fusilli (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, smoked breakfast bacon ((piece), in strips), garlic (finely chopped), peeled tomatoes (400 g), raisins (bag 250 g), spinach ((a 300 g), washed) and lamb sausages (6 pieces).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min.
  2. Add the can of tomatoes. Press the tomatoes small with a spatula. Add the raisins. Add the spinach in 4-5 portions and let it shrink all the time. Warm for another 2 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Brush the lamb sausages with the rest of the oil. Grill them in 6-8 minutes brown and done, turn them regularly.
  4. Scoop the pasta through the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the pasta into 4 deep plates and add the sausages.
