A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, bagels (natural or with sesame seeds), mozzarella (cheese), tomato, raw ham, dried oregano and butter.

Directions

  1. Cut bagels half way across.
  2. Mozzarella and tomato cut into thin slices.
  3. Place the bottom halves of bagels with slices of ham, mozzarella and tomato.
  4. Sprinkle oregano and some salt and (freshly ground) pepper over it.
  5. Place the upper halves of bagels on them.
  6. Melt butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  7. Place the bagels in the oven and fry on a medium heat for 5 minutes with a lid on a pan; halfway through using skimmer to gently turn..
