Fried rice with shiitake and green herbs
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pandan rice, spring onions, sereh, red pepper, shiitake, coriander, basil, oil and Chinese soy sauce.

Rice according to the instructions for cooking. Spread the rice on a baking sheet or sheet of baking paper and let it cool down. In the meantime, clean up the wood onions and cut them into rings. Remove from lemongrass outer leaf, mince stem. Cut pepper by half, remove seeds and cut into strips. Shii-take wipe clean, remove stems and cut hats into quarters. Cut twigs of coriander and basil into pieces.

Heat oil in pan. Shiitake caps should be bake for approx. 2 minutes. Pour in pepper, lemongrass and spring onions and fry for 1 minute. Mix in rice and soy sauce and heat in a stirring process. Add fresh herbs and heat for approx. 2 minutes.
