Baguette with brie
French recipe for a quick vegetarian lunch of a baguette with cream brie, mustard, lettuce, gherkin and tomato.

Mix the butter and the mustard with a fork in a small bowl. Cut open the baguette on one side lengthwise. Brush the cut surfaces with the mustard butter. Cut the brie into long slices, the pickles in slanted slices and the tomatoes in 8 parts.

Cover the baguette with the lettuce, brie, pickle and tomato. Cut the baguette into 4 equal pieces.
