Baked apple and apple chips with ice


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: apples (Elstar), butter, sugar, Calvados (liquorice) and apple crunch ice (à 1 liter).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 100 ºC. For apple chips 1 apple wash and from stalk in thin slices plan (at least 16). Place apple slices on a griddle covered with parchment paper and leave to dry for approx. 90 minutes in oven until crisp. Carefully remove apple chips from the oven and allow to cool on a plate.
  2. Peel other apples, remove the cores and cut into segments. Melt butter in frying pan. Add apple wedges and sugar and bake for 2 minutes. pour into pan and let apples simmer for 2-3 minutes. Arrange apple slices on four plates. Large bread roll ice cream in the middle. Put 3 apple chips in each ice cream.
