Baked potato with steak the boeuf
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury), steaks du boeuf (bowl of 2 pieces), butter or margarine, salad dressing caesar (bottle a 270 ml), mixed iceberg lettuce extra (a 200 g), fried bacon (a 30 g) and herb butter (a 100 g).
Clean potatoes and prick them with a fork.
On kitchen paper in microwave (700 watts) in about 10 to 12 minutes (depending on size) almost cooked.
Place the potatoes in the kitchen towel and let them cook for approx.
Spread the steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in frying pan and fry steaks.
Dressing by stirring lettuce and garnishing with bacon.
Grab the potatoes, press slightly, put on four plates and add herb butter.
Serve with steaks and salad..
