Baked potato with tuna
Potato puffed in the oven with a filling of paprika, tuna and crème fraîche.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Place each potato on a piece of aluminum foil and fold the foil closed. Pof approx. 1 hour in the middle of the oven.

After 55 minutes, check that the potatoes are cooked by puncturing with a fork. If it comes out easily, they are done.

Leave the oven on. Meanwhile let the peppers drain and cut into pieces. Drain the tuna.

Mix the paprika with the tuna, crème fraîche, pepper and salt. Peel the carrot and cut into slices.

Place the potatoes in a bowl and cut the top over the entire length. Using a spoon, scoop out the potato crumb and mix with the tuna filling.

Scoop this mixture back into the potatoes and sprinkle with the cheese. Put the potatoes in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Bring water to a boil in a pan and boil the peas and the slices of carrot in 5 minutes until al dente. Serve with the potatoes.
