Veal schnitzels with a cheese crust
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, old white bread, grated old cheese, eggs, veal schnitzels, olive oil and lemon (in parts).

Scraping crusts of bread and grinding bread in the kitchen machine.

Mix in grated cheese with bread crumbs.

Beat eggs in another deep plate.

Cut the schnitzels on both sides with salt and pepper.

First remove the meat through beaten egg and then turn it through cheese mixture, so that meat is covered all around (do not do this too long before the paneer layer becomes too moist).

Oil in large frying pan with non-stick coating.

Meat in 4-5 min.

Per side brown and inside rosé bake.

Serve with wedges of lemon.

Tasty with mashed potatoes and cabbage lettuce..
