Put 2 pans with water and bring the water to the boil.

Cook the eggs in one pan in 8 minutes.

In the other pan, cook the broccoli and the carrots al dente.

Then put the vegetables in a colander and let them scare with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu cubes until they are nicely browned.

Prepare the satay sauce in another pan as described on the packaging.

Divide the bean sprouts over 2 plates.

Place the vegetables and the wok cubes on them.

Pour half of the satay sauce over it and sprinkle with the fried onions.

Peel and halve the eggs and place the two halves on top.

Serve with the remaining satay sauce.
