Spoon the ricotta in an oven dish and drizzle with olive oil, lemon zest and chilli flakes.

Put some halved to around and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Bake the ricotta in the oven for about 20 minutes (200 ºC) until it is soft on the inside and golden brown on the edges.

Serve with baguette as a snack.
