Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grease the cake tin with the peanut oil and cover the cake tin with parchment paper. Peel and prank the bananas.

Sift the self-raising flour and the cardamom over a large bowl.

Mix the banana, the almond flour, coconut grater, oil, honey and salt.

Chop the nuts coarsely and scoop with the blackberries through the mixture.

Divide the batter over the cake tin and bake the cake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done.

After 25 minutes, check for doneness by inserting the skewer. If this comes out clean, the cake is done. Allow to cool for about 45 minutes.
