Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Put in the blender with the melon.
  2. Clean the lime, grate the green skin off and squeeze out the fruit.
  3. Add the lime juice and grate to the blender. Pour in the apple juice and mix for 2 min.
  4. Add the kale and mix for another 2 minutes. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.
