Preheat the oven to 190ºC.

Mix the cauliflower with the flour, chopped thyme and 1 teaspoon of salt. Make a well in the middle and pour the eggs and milk into it. Mix everything quickly into a coarse dough, but do not process it too long.

Form 6 rolls of bread from the dough with moist hands and place on the baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake the buns in the middle of the oven in about 25 minutes brown and done.

Garnish the cauliflower rolls with a sprig of thyme and serve warm.
