Directions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into as small pieces as possible.
  2. Mix in banana with lemon juice.
  3. Stir in ketchup, curry powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the sauce in a bowl and, covered, keep it in a refrigerator until it is used.
  5. Delicious with, among other things, sausages, skewers, hamburgers and vegetarian balls..
