Banana pancake with coconut
Prepare the pancake batter according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
Puree 1 banana with the lemon juice. Cut the other bananas into cubes or slices. Mix them with 2 tablespoons of grated coconut and the liqueur through the banana puree. Fold in the crème fraîche.
Heat a little oil and fry the pancakes. Brush them with the banana mixture and sprinkle over the rest of the grated coconut.
