Banana pancakes with walnuts
Gluten-free breakfast pancakes with banana, cinnamon and walnuts, according to the guidelines of the Nutrition Center.

Cut the banana into pieces and put together with the eggs and cinnamon in a high cup. Puree with the hand blender until smooth.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and always scoop 2 portions of batter of Ø 8 cm.

Bake the pancakes in about 5 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn halfway. Fry the other pancakes as well.

Meanwhile, chop the walnuts coarsely, sprinkle the pancakes with them and serve.
