A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: orange, sugar, garnish almonds, soft butter or margarine, Greek yogurt (150 g), vanilla sugar, semolina, baking powder and butter to grease.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas mark 4. Lightly drench orange peel and orange zest. Squeezing orange. Fry 125 g of sugar with 1/2 dl of water, 3 tablespoons of orange juice and half of orange zest to the boil. Allow sugar to melt with stirring and reduce to approx. 4 minutes until liquid syrup. Transfer in bowl and allow to cool.

Sprinkle light brown in dry frying pan almonds. Allow to cool and finely chop. In bowl of butter, yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar lightly and frothy in approx. 5 minutes. Sprinkle almonds, semolina, rests of orange zest and baking powder. Grease baking mold and create batter. Smooth the top. Cake in the middle of oven in about 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Give cold syrup an over-the-top. Allow the cake to cool and cut into squares. Tasty with whipped cream.
