Classic, fast tiramisu with long fingers, whipped cream, mascarpone and strong coffee.

Beat the cream with the sugar almost stiff. Stir the mascarpone with the milk and scoop through the whipped cream.

Keep 4 long fingers apart and break the rest of the long fingers in three. Divide over glasses. Put 1 tbsp of coffee in each glass.

Divide half of the cream mixture over the glasses. Spoon 1 tbsp coffee into each glass.

Divide the rest of the cream mixture over it and insert a retained long finger into the cream in each glass. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
