Chocolate sandwich
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: hand oranges, cream butter chocolate cake with orange (450 g), dark chocolate, whole milk and chocolate mousse (500 g).

Clean 1 orange, grate the orange skin of the fruit and keep separate. Then peel off the rest of the white skin with a sharp knife. Peel the other oranges as well. Cut the segments of flesh between the white membranes.

Cut 12 thin slices of the cake. Press a circle with a glass from each slice.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and do this with the milk in a saucepan. Hang the saucepan in a slightly larger pan with almost boiling water and let the chocolate melt (au bain-marie). Stir until a smooth sauce and add half of the orange zest at the last moment.

Divide the 6 circles of cake over 6 plates and place the orange slices on top. Divide the chocolate mousse over it and cover with a circle of cake. Pour the chocolate sauce over it and garnish with the rest of the orange zest.
