Stir together the oatmeal, the milk and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix in the raisins.

Add the flour in portions while stirring.

Beat in the eggs, the vanilla sugar, the cinnamon and the rest of the sugar. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.

If the batter is too thick, add some extra milk. Stir well again.

Let a knob of butter melt in a frying pan and fry small pancakes in the batter.

Fry them in the pan. Delicious with syrup or honey.
