A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: cocoa powder, powdered sugar (Van Gilse) and raspberries.

Directions

  1. Mix the cocoa powder with the icing sugar and add lukewarm water to it (maximum 1 tbsp) until a syrupy, smooth mass (glaze) is formed.
  2. Place 3 to 4 raspberries on a skewer and carefully dip into the glaze. Suspend the skewer horizontally between for example 2 cups to dry for 1 hour until the glaze is hard. In warm weather you can also let the glaze harden in the refrigerator.
