Fruit salad with anise cream
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: oranges, pomegranate, figs, lemon juice, sugar, whipped cream, anise liqueur (liquer) and mint.

Peel oranges over shell to pulp and cut with a sharp knife pieces between the vlies and collect juice.

Remove kernels of orange.

Cut the pomegranate half, break it into pieces and remove seeds from the skin.

Washing figs and dividing them into quarters.

Mix orange juice, lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of sugar and mix with orange and pomegranate.

In a bowl of whipped cream, the rest of the sugar and liqueur should be stiff.

Spread salad over four plates.

Garnish with figs, mint leaves and anise cream..
