Chocolate horn with fresh fruit


Horn dipped in chocolate with pistachios, peaches, strawberries and raspberries.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pistachio nuts in 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and chop as finely as possible.
  2. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Spread with a spoon over the inside of the cones and turn around for an even distribution.
  3. Dip the edges of the cones in the warm chocolate and sprinkle directly with the pistachio nuts.
  4. Place the cornels covered in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Cut the peaches along the kernel in half. Unscrew the halves in the opposite direction and remove the wick. Cut the flesh into cubes of 1½ cm.
  6. Clean the strawberries and cut into parts. Spoon the peach, strawberry and raspberry carefully.
  7. Fill the cones with the fruit and serve immediately.
