Basil fish cakes
A nice thai recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet, lime, redcurrant paste (pot of 225 g Thai Kitchen), flour, egg (medium), fish sauce (pot of 200 ml Thai Kitchen), fresh baguette (15 g), spring onions and sunflower oil ( to bake).
Grind fish in a food processor. Lime out lime greens and green skin. Add curry paste, flour, egg, lime zest and fish sauce and mix (add extra flour if necessary). Top the basil leaves in strips. Clean the forest onions, wash, cut into thin rings and mix with fish puree. From fish puree with moist hands, roll 12 rolls of bread, flatten bread rolls.
Heat oil in large frying pan. Fish cakes with 6 brown in about 5 minutes brown baking, halfway turning. Drain on kitchen paper. Delicious with chili sauce (bottle) and cucumber salad with spicy sweet-sour dressing or cucumber dip sauce.
