Crostini with roasted peppers
Toasted ciabatta bread with roasted peppers, ricotto and goat cheese.

Cut the caps of the ciabattas. Cut each ciabatta into 10 slices.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the slices in portions and golden brown.

Cut the garlic finely and chop the shallots. Mix the ricotta, goat cheese, garlic and shallot.

Cut the oregano leaves from the Italian spice mix with half of the basil fine and add to the cheese mixture.

Clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Add the lemon zest and pepper and salt to the cheese mixture and season with lemon juice. Cut the drained peppers into thin strips.

Spread the slices of ciabatta with the cheese mixture and place some strips of paprika on them.

Tear the rest of the basil into small pieces and garnish the crostini. Serve immediately.
