A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken tenderloins, oil, shawarma spices, crostini (see tip), hummus, natural and spinach.

Heat the grill pan well. Halve the chicken loins in length, brush them with oil and sprinkle with shawarma spices. Grill the chicken tenderloin in approx. 4 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn them halfway.

Spread the crostini thickly with hummus, put a leaf of spinach and half a chicken fillet on it. Put a stick in the crostini.
