Basmati rice with tomato
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: salt, basmati rice (pack `400 g), onions, sundried tomatoes (pot), cherry tomatoes (250 g), parsley, olive oil, red pesto (box` 100 g) and Provençal herbs.

Cook in pan with plenty of boiling water and salt rice according to instructions.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop onions.

Dried sun-dried to strips.

Cherryto wash and cut into quarters.

Chop the parsley very finely.

Heat up wok oil and fry onions for about 3 minutes.

Pesto, sundried to, cherry and Provencal herbs by onion.

Prepare warm rice and heat for approx.

5 minutes.

Sprinkle parsley over it.

Delicious with green beans and fillet steaks..
