Basmati rice with tomato


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: salt, basmati rice (pack `400 g), onions, sundried tomatoes (pot), cherry tomatoes (250 g), parsley, olive oil, red pesto (box` 100 g) and Provençal herbs.

Directions

  1. Cook in pan with plenty of boiling water and salt rice according to instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop onions.
  3. Dried sun-dried to strips.
  4. Cherryto wash and cut into quarters.
  5. Chop the parsley very finely.
  6. Heat up wok oil and fry onions for about 3 minutes.
  7. Pesto, sundried to, cherry and Provencal herbs by onion.
  8. Prepare warm rice and heat for approx.
  9. 5 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle parsley over it.
  11. Delicious with green beans and fillet steaks..
