Directions

  1. Wash the apple and cut it into pieces.
  2. Remove the core and cut the parts into blocks.
  3. Put the apple with the spinach, parsley and grapes in the blender.
  4. Pour in the buttermilk.
  5. Mix everything while turning on the highest setting to a frothy smoothie.
  6. Pour the smoothie into large glasses.
