Directions

  1. Anchovy fillets drain on kitchen paper and cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel and squeeze garlic.
  3. Heat oil on soft heat in saucepan.
  4. Rub garlic and anchovies for approx.
  5. 5 minutes.
  6. Give sauce in preheated bowl.
  7. Serve with crudités (florets and strips of raw vegetables)..
