Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Scrape or cut 300 grams of potatoes and the zucchini into thin slices. Hash a little salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Place slices of zucchini and potato in a circle on the baking sheet. Put some sage leaves on top or sprinkle with dried sage.
  4. Brush with butter and grind a little salt. Bake in the oven in 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done.
  5. Spoon the rounds of the baking sheet on a scale.
