Boil the potatoes in water with salt in approx.

0 min. Cooked. Pour them off well. 2 Stamp the potatoes with the puree pestle into a coarse puree. Mix the crème fraîche, the cheese and to taste nutmeg through the puree. Delicious with all kinds of stewed meat and vegetable stews.
