Couscous with kale
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onions (chopped), garlic (in slices), chili powder, ready-to-cook kale, couscous, raisins and herb broth (from tablet).
Heat in wok oil and fry onion and garlic.
Peel chilli powder through and just fry.
Add kale in parts and let it shrink in 15 minutes.
Couscous and raisins by kale scoop and pour warm broth.
Bring to the boil with stirring.
Take a pan of fire.
Let the couscous infuse for 10 minutes and then stir the grains with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper.
Delicious with meatballs with gravy or stewed ham..
