Raclette cheese with pickles salsa
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, sweet-sour gourd (in small blocks), chopped onions (eg Dijon mustard, jar of 215 g), spring onion ((bag of 3 pieces), in thin rings), fresh dill (finely chopped), freshly ground black pepper and raclette cheese (in slices (pack 600 g)).

In a bowl, mix the pieces of gherkin with the mustard. Put the rings of spring onions and the dill through them and add some freshly ground pepper. Cut the crusts of the cheese, halve the slices and place them on a plate. Store in the refrigerator until use.

Place a slice of raclette cheese in a pan and let it melt under the gourmet grill. Put some gherkin salsa on the plate.
