Mushrooms with garlic and leek
Side dish of mushrooms, mushrooms, baharat and leeks.
Remove the shiitake stalks from the mushroom mix and cut the caps into strips.
Leave the other mushrooms out of the mix whole. Cut the chestnut mushrooms into quarters. Slice the garlic.
Heat the oil in a stir frying the mushrooms for 2 minutes on a high heat. Add the garlic, baharat and leeks and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Season to taste with salt.
